The three-phase voltage is severely unbalanced. Check whether the stator winding is short circuited between phases or turns, and whether the stator winding is grounded.

The malfunction of the ventilation system is caused by air duct blockage or dust accumulation on the radiator. Too thick grease can affect ventilation and heat dissipation.

If the power supply voltage exceeds 10% of the additional voltage, the magnetic flux density of the iron core will increase sharply, leading to iron loss and motor overheating. The detailed inspection method is to use a communication voltmeter to measure the bus voltage or the terminal voltage of the motor. If it is the voltage of the power grid, it should be reflected to the power supply department; If the voltage drop is too large, the conductor with a larger cross-sectional area should be replaced and the distance between the motor and the power supply should be shortened
